Vin Sumner
Vin has over 25 years experience in the IT industry in roles ranging from programmer to business management. He has worked for leading UK IT services companies Logica and Sema. In particular, he has extensive experience in working with central and local government, including running business units, undertaking consultancy assignments, delivering projects and writing and speaking on the future of public sector IT. Olli Aro
Olli is a leading and respected technologist in the area of J2EE, XML and open source software, and in particular OpenCms and Plone. Olli has been instrumental in all technology solutions implemented by Clicks and Links since July 2001. As Technology and Product Development Manager, Olli runs Clicks and Links internal development team and maintains relationships and technical authority with Clicks and Links partner organisations. Olli's experience in developing relationships with partner organisations makes him ideal in helping to develop Network 21 into a strong and vibrant IT community.

Richard Bush
Richard is an experienced and results driven PRINCE2 accredited professional who has undertaken a variety of key project management roles both within the public and private sectors. Having joined Clicks and Links in April 2001, Richard has been involved in helping develop the business, as well as managing projects and ensuring responsive and effective post live client support. Richard continues in this role for Network 21 and will assume responsibility for all projects managed by the Network.

Antony Bernstein
Antony joined Clicks and Links in June 2006 and has a keen interest in e-Government, having gained extensive knowledge of central and local e-government initiatives and issues from his days at University. He is a PRINCE2 accredited professional and has been involved in the project management of several external and in-house systems and provides consultancy services for our clients. Antony has an in-depth understanding of the implications of information systems strategies, applications, strategic decision making and has substantial knowledge on the management of information systems and their development. Antony is the coordinator of N21 and is the main point of contact for any organiation or individual wishing to join.

Graham Ebbrell
Graham brings a refreshing and creative eye to Network 21 and has a keen interest in website design and accessibility. He specialises in building templates for websites based on the Plone, OpenCms and APLAWS content management systems. Graham can ensure that pages are built with valid XHTML and follow the W3C guidelines for website accessibility. He is an all round figure and manages both branding and design projects for Network 21.
